AquaTech Swim Job Description

AquaTech Swim is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Specialist to provide exceptional customer experiences for our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and supportive environment for our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with account creation, modification, and updates, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
  • Resolve customer complaints, determining the root cause, and implementing effective solutions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Maintain accurate customer payment records and ensure timely processing.
  • Warmly greet and welcome customers, providing a positive first impression and setting the tone for a memorable experience.
  • Update customers on lesson progress, goal achievements, and graduations, fostering a sense of accomplishment and motivation.
  • Ensure operational tasks are completed on schedule, announcements are made, and housekeeping rounds are performed, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Conduct engaging tours of our facility, educating customers on our policies and procedures, and promoting a sense of community.

Requirements:
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Aquatic experience (swimming, water polo, sailing, surfing, etc.) or willingness to learn
  • Dedication, professionalism, and enthusiasm for children, physical fitness, and safety
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Respect for company policies, procedures, and processes
Shift Schedule Options:

Monday through Friday: 9:00 AM - 2:30 PM or 2:30 PM - 9:30 PM

Saturday through Sunday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Must be available to work 1 weekend day consistently

Compensation:

Starting pay rate between $15-$17/hour, with opportunities for increase after 90 days if specific goals are met
