Role Summary:

The Caregiver is entrusted with providing essential physical and emotional support to clients who may be unable to care for themselves due to various health challenges. The ideal candidate will approach their responsibilities with empathy, patience, and respect, ensuring that clients receive dignified care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Home Assistance: Provide light housekeeping, run errands, and offer transportation as needed. Accompany clients to appointments, assist with medication management, prepare meals, shop for groceries, and support clients with daily living activities, including toileting, bathing, feeding, and grooming. Offer financial assistance as required, such as managing checkbooks, banking, or bill payments.
  • Companionship: Engage clients through conversation and companionship, providing stimulation and encouragement.

Qualifications:

  • COVID-19 vaccination is required.
  • High school diploma is preferred.
  • Ability to complete a Criminal Background check.
  • Must pass a drug screening.
  • Negative TB test (PPD Result is necessary).
  • Capability to lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to reach, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
