Clinical Laboratory Specialist

The ideal candidate will independently perform routine and special diagnostic procedures on blood and other body fluids from patients. This role requires a strong foundation in medical technology and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements- One year of experience as a generalist clinical laboratory scientist in a hospital setting.
- Baccalaureate in Medical Technology or equivalent.
- Licensure as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist in Montana.
The successful candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to multitask, and exceptional organizational ability. They will also be able to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues, and demonstrate a high level of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine and special diagnostic procedures on blood and other body fluids.
- Manage stressful situations with tact and deliver good patient care.
- Work under extremely busy conditions and provide on-call coverage.
- Communicate verbally, in writing, and electronically.
