Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Cath Lab Technologist to join our team. As a Cath Lab Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting with various medical procedures, including cardiac catheterizations, angioplasties, and other interventional radiology procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with preparing patients for procedures, including positioning, draping, and administering medications
- Operate and maintain complex medical equipment, including fluoroscopy machines and angiography systems
- Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to any changes or complications during procedures
- Collaborate with interventional radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure smooth and efficient procedures
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of procedures and patient information
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Catheterization Laboratory setting
- Strong knowledge of medical procedures and protocols
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
