Position Summary
The Department of Pediatrics is actively seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Pediatric Endocrinologist for an Assistant or Associate Professor role in a non-tenure track capacity. This position primarily focuses on clinical responsibilities, providing both outpatient and inpatient consultation services, alongside engaging in the education of medical students and residents.
The current team consists of four Pediatric Endocrinologists, three Nurse Practitioners, a Registered Dietitian, and dedicated administrative personnel, collectively managing over 3,000 patient visits each year. Responsibilities may encompass a blend of patient care, educational duties, independent or collaborative research, administrative tasks, community outreach, and public service related to the University. The specific allocation of duties will be tailored to align with the needs of the University, Department, and Division. Successful candidates are expected to contribute significantly to the University community through patient care, research initiatives, teaching, and administrative involvement.
