Position Summary

The Department of Pediatrics is actively seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Pediatric Endocrinologist for an Assistant or Associate Professor role in a non-tenure track capacity. This position is primarily focused on clinical responsibilities, providing both outpatient and inpatient consultation services, while also contributing to the education of medical students and residents.

The Division of Endocrinology is comprised of a collaborative team, including four Pediatric Endocrinologists, three Nurse Practitioners, a Registered Dietitian, and administrative personnel, collectively managing over 3,000 patient visits each year. Responsibilities may encompass a variety of tasks such as patient care, educational activities, independent or collaborative research, administrative functions, community engagement, and service to the University. The specific allocation of duties will be tailored to align with the needs of the University, Department, and Division. Successful candidates are expected to be active contributors to the University community, with performance metrics based on patient care, research output, teaching effectiveness, and administrative involvement.
