Delta Companies offers a highly competitive compensation package for our Pediatric Anesthesiology Specialist, including a guaranteed starting salary of $438,000, with the potential to earn up to $569,900 annually. In addition to a salary, our Pediatric Anesthesiology Specialist will also receive:

  • Annual Incentives: Examples include a benefit adjustment of $13,570, supplemented CME of $6,000, cell phone allowance of $960, and pension plan contributions of $46,457 annually.
  • PTO and CME Time: Our Pediatric Anesthesiology Specialist will receive 29 days of PTO and 14 days of CME, ensuring they have the time and resources needed to stay up-to-date in their field.
  • Comprehensive Benefits Package: Our Pediatric Anesthesiology Specialist will be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including a retirement plan with a 10% employer contribution and vested rights from day one.

Responsibilities and Facility Details

As a Pediatric Anesthesiology Specialist with Delta Companies, you will be working in an academic teaching hospital setting, where you will have the opportunity to work with residents and contribute to their education and training. Our facility has a full spectrum of case-mix, with 100% pediatric cases or a mix of pediatric and adult cases available. We operate a 1-2 staffing model in our OR locations with resident teaching, and a 1-4 staffing model in our secondary location without teaching.

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, our Pediatric Anesthesiology Specialist will need to have:

  • PEDS Anesthesiology Board Certification: Our Pediatric Anesthesiology Specialist will need to be board certified in pediatric anesthesiology.
  • Experience and Skills: We welcome both new graduates and experienced providers to apply for this role. Our Pediatric Anesthesiology Specialist will need to have strong clinical skills, excellent communication and teamwork abilities, and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
