Sodexo is in search of a
Biomedical Equipment Technician II
to support our Healthcare Technology Management Division.
The primary responsibilities of this role include ensuring that all biomedical equipment is maintained to the highest standards in a timely manner.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service and communication skills, alongside strong technical abilities, demonstrating a commitment to delivering outstanding repair services efficiently.
The preferred qualifications for the Biomedical Equipment Technician II include:
- Three years of experience in the repair, maintenance, and calibration of medical devices independently.
- One year of imaging experience or exposure is preferred.
- Experience in a healthcare or hospital environment.
- Proficiency in medical repairs.
- The capability to make informed decisions regarding troubleshooting and repairing medical devices.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and time management skills.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree (or equivalent experience) in electronic, biomedical engineering, or a discipline focused on managing, maintaining, and repairing clinical equipment within a healthcare setting.
Basic Functional Experience - Three years of experience in electronic, mechanical, or electro-mechanical repair in a healthcare technology environment.
