We are seeking a skilled Compensation Analyst to join our team at Prime Team Partners. Key Responsibilities- Data Collection and Analysis: Gather and analyze compensation data from various sources, including internal databases, market surveys, and industry reports to identify trends and insights.
- Job Evaluation and Benchmarking: Evaluate current job roles to determine their placement within the new job architecture and benchmark against market data to ensure competitiveness.
- Compensation Modeling: Develop salary structures, pay bands, and incentive programs using compensation modeling techniques, and work with stakeholders to refine models.
- Documentation and Communication: Prepare clear reports and presentations detailing findings, methodologies, and recommendations for HR, senior management, and other stakeholders.
- Experience in compensation within the manufacturing industry, especially with a large hourly production workforce.
- Associate's degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance/Accounting, Human Resources, or equivalent with 8 years of HR or Finance experience.
- 5+ years in compensation analysis.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills to align findings with workforce strategies.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project needs and provide clear direction.
- Excellent communication skills to translate and convey complex compensation plans and strategies.
- Proficiency in data management and analysis tools, with experience managing PeopleSoft data.
- Demonstrated skills in process improvement, problem-solving, and future compensation planning.
