**Job Overview:**

IHL Group, a New York City-Based trend-driven company specializing in Women and Childrens apparel, is seeking a Sales Assistant to join our sales team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain additional wholesale experience and grow within the company.

The successful candidate will work alongside the sales team to ensure the sales process runs smoothly, managing samples, entering orders into the system, maintaining the showroom's appearance, and supporting with market week appointments as needed. They will also run sales reports and support Account Executives with all day-to-day tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside the sales team to ensure the sales process runs smoothly.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years' experience in a wholesale environment.
  • Previous experience working with off-price accounts is preferred but not required.
  • Comfortable using various sales platforms.
  • Highly proficient in Excel.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Merchandising or related field.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000-$60,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
