As a member of our customer service team, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Address customer administrative inquiries.
  • Manage risk management concerns related to case management.
  • Process appeal requests effectively.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key health plans and provider networks.

  • Researching and effectively communicating information to address inquiries.
