Key Responsibilities

  • As a seasoned global Communications Leader with a background in B2B SaaS, you will establish and oversee a comprehensive Communications and Customer Engagement function, developing and executing a leading strategy efficiently while collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop the global Communications function for scalability, focusing on robust Internal Communications, Employee & Customer Engagement, Brand & Talent Branding, Analyst Relations, Investor Relations, and Community initiatives.
  • Set ambitious objectives and define strategic priorities, creating the necessary infrastructure to achieve them.
  • Act as a principal architect of our Brand narrative, providing data-driven insights and iterating over time.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on integrated campaigns, guiding our acquisition strategy.
  • Work closely with go-to-market teams to uncover news and customer stories, crafting data-informed narratives that support business outcomes.
  • Develop our social advocacy strategy and implement the processes and tools necessary for success.
  • Serve as a domain expert, guiding broader business strategies.
  • Utilize your Customer Engagement experience to create a world-class program, leading the community and generating value for all stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience leading external Communications teams in multi-regional scale-up environments, consistently exceeding expectations on all metrics.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a strong presentation background and executive presence.
  • Proven success across all Communications functions, with the ability to set challenging goals and execute effectively.
  • Expertise in team building, both internal and external, and in creating a compelling vision for all stakeholders.
  • A passion for storytelling and a keen interest in current events.
  • A preference for collaborative, cross-functional work.
  • Outstanding project management abilities, with experience managing multiple projects from start to finish.
  • A metrics-driven, analytical mindset.
