Job Title: Global Head of Media Relations and Financial Communications

The Global Head of Media Relations and Financial Communications is a critical role that requires a seasoned professional with expertise in media relations, financial communications, and strategic leadership. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive communications strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives and enhances its reputation globally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a media relations strategy that effectively communicates the company's message to key stakeholders, including investors, media, and employees.
  • Manage financial communications, including quarterly earnings press releases, annual reports, and investor presentations.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure that communications efforts are aligned with business objectives and support the company's overall strategy.
  • Oversee media relations efforts globally, including proactive outreach and media monitoring.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key media contacts and influencers in the financial services industry.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and news, and develop strategies to address emerging issues and reputational risks.
  • Lead a team of communications professionals and provide guidance and support to ensure the success of the communications function.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in corporate communications, media relations, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing communications strategies that drive business results.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Deep understanding of the financial services industry and its key stakeholders.
What We Offer:

Chubb offers a comprehensive benefits package, including a competitive salary range of $165,000 to $280,500, depending on experience.
