THE ROLE

As a Client Service Specialist, you will:
  • Provide extraordinary experiences and create meaningful, memorable moments at the service counter
  • Efficiently and accurately process transactions while ensuring a world-class client experience
  • Manage the complete process of services, including notifying clients of their incoming services, consistently auditing services, and proactively addressing opportunities to enhance the client experience
  • Support service counter operations, including managing the queue to ensure clients are served promptly, preparing products for transactions, packaging client purchases, and returning products to the sales floor

The Client Service Specialist possesses:
  • Demonstrated skills, education, and/or relevant certifications (prior experience with point-of-sale systems is advantageous)
