Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Auto Parts Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of parts to our repair shops.
Key Responsibilities:- Verify the accuracy and quality of parts received in a timely manner
- Communicate with vendors to order and receive parts as indicated on repair orders
- Ensure timely parts distribution to the shop in accordance with the production schedule
- Enter all parts invoices into the Management Information System (MIS)
- Label and track all parts by R.O.# and store them with the vehicle and/or scheduled repairs
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-3+ years of experience working with automotive parts
- Customer Service Oriented and strong organizational ability
- I-Car Registered (working towards Gold Class certification)
- Annual Paid Time Off (PTO) plans
- 2 weeks of Paid Parental Leave for Full time Employees
