Job Title: Auto Parts Coordinator

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Auto Parts Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of parts to our repair shops.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify the accuracy and quality of parts received in a timely manner
  • Communicate with vendors to order and receive parts as indicated on repair orders
  • Ensure timely parts distribution to the shop in accordance with the production schedule
  • Enter all parts invoices into the Management Information System (MIS)
  • Label and track all parts by R.O.# and store them with the vehicle and/or scheduled repairs
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3+ years of experience working with automotive parts
  • Customer Service Oriented and strong organizational ability
  • I-Car Registered (working towards Gold Class certification)
