Auto Parts Coordinator

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Auto Parts Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of parts to our repair shops.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the ordering, receiving, and storage of parts
- Verify the accuracy and quality of parts received
- Communicate with vendors to resolve any issues
- Ensure timely parts distribution to the shop
- Enter all parts invoices into our Management Information System (MIS)
- Label and track all parts by R.O.# and store them with the vehicle and/or scheduled repairs
- Order and receive supplemental parts in the MIS, monitor performance of parts, materials, and sublet vendors
- Ensure daily reconciliation of the parts vendor invoice history report
- Ensure invoices and credit memos are posted and filed/scanned in a timely manner
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-3+ years of experience working with automotive parts
- Customer Service Oriented and strong organizational ability to manage pressure and conflicting demands and prioritize tasks
- I-Car Registered (working towards Gold Class certification)
- Up to 80 hours of Paid Time Off annually
- 2 weeks of Paid Parental Leave for Full time Employees who work a minimum of 30 hours per week
