Job Summary

Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure seamless event execution as a Catering Attendant with Chartwells Higher Education. This part-time role involves delivering and serving food at scheduled functions, maintaining accurate event execution, and providing a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble and deliver food and supplies for catered functions to their scheduled locations.
  • Log and maintain food temperatures to ensure food safety.
  • Arrange tables and decorations to create a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Serve food and beverages to guests with a smile.
  • Thoroughly clean the location after each event.
  • Return food and beverages, serving equipment, and utensils to the catering facility in a timely manner.
  • Distribute and collect customer comment cards for catered functions.
  • Stock, clean, and maintain the catering facility and equipment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the menu and products available.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license may be required.
  • Must possess or be able to obtain a valid food handler's permit and/or alcohol servers' permit where required by state law.
