About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Executive to lead our HVAC/Plumbing sales efforts in the DFW market. This is a high-impact role that requires a self-motivated individual who can leverage their industry connections to drive significant business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting & Qualifying: Establish and maintain a pipeline of potential clients, utilizing your network to generate referrals and leads.
  • Strategic Selling: Develop and execute strategies to engage with and win over key accounts.
  • Presentation & Closing: Present solutions to clients and effectively close deals, demonstrating your ability to not just bring in accounts but also finalize them.
  • Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, including chief engineers, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Independent Scheduling: Manage your own schedule, prioritizing high-impact activities without needing constant direction.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales, with a preference for those with 10+ years in the HVAC/Plumbing industry.
  • Proven Success: A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and the ability to articulate a clear sales process during interviews.
  • Networked: Active involvement in industry networks with an established list of contacts.
  • Education: A degree is NOT essential; we value experience and proven results more highly.

  • Conflict Resolution: Work collaboratively with other sales team members, navigating shared client relationships effectively.
