- Provide leadership and guidance to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure the team is equipped to provide the highest level of service to customers.
- 5+ years of experience in commercial HVAC service, with a strong background in leadership and operations.
- High School Diploma or equivalent, with a strong understanding of commercial HVAC products, installation, and mechanical understanding.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members to achieve exceptional results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and partners.
- Experience in contract negotiation and a strong understanding of commercial HVAC functions, ductwork modifications, and design.
- 3+ years of estimating experience, with a strong understanding of commercial HVAC products and services.
