- Complete necessary documentation and reporting using company-provided technology.
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of your vehicle, optimizing stock management for efficiency.
- Diagnose and repair HVACR systems, ensuring compliance with manufacturer specifications.
- Address system malfunctions by consulting with users to accurately identify issues.
- Enhance system efficiency through regular maintenance, including filter changes and coil cleaning.
- Install and adjust control systems as required.
- Connect HVAC equipment to necessary utilities to ensure operational integrity.
- Adhere to all relevant standards and procedures, particularly regarding safety and cleanliness.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC/R service.
Licenses and Certifications:
- Must possess an active TDLR registration or certification and EPA universal certification.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to interpret blueprints is advantageous.
- Must successfully pass a drug screening and background check.
- Clean driving record is mandatory.
Work Schedule:
This position typically involves an 8-hour workday, with potential variations in start and end times. Availability for nights, weekends, and on-call duties is necessary, along with the possibility of overtime to fulfill job responsibilities.
Compensation:
This is a full-time, non-exempt role eligible for overtime pay.
