Job Title: Sales Manager - Services

Stellar Energy is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager - Services to join our team. As a Sales Manager - Services, you will be responsible for creating and building client relationships while sponsoring interaction within the Services department to obtain projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, develop, negotiate, and close sales opportunities.
  • Lead proposal planning, compilation, execution, and handover.
  • Analyze and determine client needs, recommend services best suited for clients, and prepare and present proposals to sell services that address those needs.
  • Assist in formulating standard/routine proposal guidelines and templates in conjunction with the business development team and various functional groups.
  • Develop a budget and price estimate using standard models for approval.
  • Understand market conditions and have the ability to communicate Stellar Energy's value in each market.
  • Draft the narrative that ties project components together and package and aid in presenting the proposal to the client.
  • Communicate back to internal groups the outcome of negotiations/proposals, focusing on conveying expectations set forth for each group.
  • Collaborate with operations and finance groups to evaluate project performance and recommend refinements and improvements of all financial components of proposals.
  • Track and report on the status of all proposal components – both in process and submitted.
  • Establish and maintain ongoing client relationships with various parties to anticipate and resolve potential problems.
  • Lead Bid No Bid and Risk Review meetings.
  • Prepare for ISO 9001 and other audits.
Requirements:
  • Associate degree in a technical field.
  • 3 years' experience in business development or sales in the automation and/or industrial services industries.
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, and/or engineering, and at least one year of experience in the TIAC/Data Center/District Cooling industry business development and/or research and development arena.
  • Possess a current passport.
  • Work authorization in the USA.
Work Environment:

This is a full-time position with a regular schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. The position requires flexibility to travel within the United States nationally and possibly internationally, with approximately 75% travel time.
