Job Title: Customer Service Representative II

Location: CA - Irvine

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative II to join our team at Western Alliance Bank. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries about our mortgage products, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting production goals in a deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls while delivering a high level of professionalism and customer service to our clients
  • Perform a basic level of lead qualification typically following a scripted presentation
  • Communicate effectively over the phone with the ability to escalate customer complaints and concerns to appropriate departments
  • Multi-task effectively by speaking and entering client data into the AmeriHome Mortgage Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System

Requirements:

  • Two years of relevant inside sales experience preferred
  • High School diploma or GED required, college education preferred
  • Comfortable meeting production goals in a deadline-driven environment
  • Able to work well in a team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to work various shifts
