About the Role:

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a dedicated LPN Medication Care Manager to join our team. As a Medication Care Professional, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and services to our residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications in a safe and organized manner
  • Document medication administration accurately
  • Provide resident care while upholding the Sunrise Senior Living mission
  • Promote quality care and services to residents in accordance with Sunrise policies

Qualifications:

  • L.P.N, LVN or state-specific licensed nurse credential
  • In states where applicable, maintain certifications
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Previous experience working with seniors preferred
  • Ability to make choices, decisions, and act in the resident's best interest
  • Ability to react and remain calm in difficult situations
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills
