Company Profile
ConcordRENTS is a prominent provider of quality and customer-focused property management services, specializing in affordable and market-rate multifamily communities across Florida. Our ongoing success is attributed to our exceptional workforce.
At ConcordRENTS, you can enhance your career with a company that boasts over 30 years of experience in investing in both our communities and our employees, while also offering competitive starting wages. We are dedicated to establishing a pathway to a minimum wage of at least $20 per hour within the first six months of satisfactory employment. Additionally, we provide rental discounts ranging from 20% to 50% at participating communities for select employees.
Our employees' dedication to the organization is reinforced by ConcordRENTS' belief that everyone deserves a living wage and the opportunity to prepare for a secure retirement. We are proud to invest in our valued team members by offering a comprehensive 401-K program that includes a company match of up to $5,250 annually. Our 401-K program features a company match of 150% on the first 3% contributed by eligible employees, with additional matching up to $5,250 each year.
Team members with industry experience often cite a lack of investment from previous employers as a key reason for seeking a career change. Our management philosophy emphasizes maintaining the value and integrity of our communities while delivering outstanding customer service. This is achieved by fostering relationships with our residents and providing them with a quality housing experience without the worry of affordability for repairs. Ultimately, we gauge our performance based on resident satisfaction.
ConcordRENTS understands that teamwork and community spirit are essential to our growth as a company. Our legacy is driven by our ability to adapt to a changing market and stay ahead of the competition, making ConcordRENTS a rewarding place to work.
