Tetra Tech is seeking a highly skilled Invoice Analyst to join our Disaster Recovery Unit. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in calculating the cost of damage incurred by our clients during recent disasters.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze project data using software such as Microsoft Excel and PowerBI to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Generate daily reports on project metrics, work completion, and cost to inform decision-making.
- Review and understand project contracts to ensure accurate contractor billings data reconciliation.
- Organize digital files and maintain accurate records of project documents.
- Respond to client inquiries and provide timely support to project management.
- Apply federal policies to project data to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- High technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work 6 days a week, 10 hours a day, with flexibility to travel as needed.
- Must be available for short-term travel to support on-site client needs and extended deployment to address client response and long-term recovery needs.
- Prior accounting or finance experience is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines is essential.
- Ability to understand and apply FEMA program policies and guidance is required.
- Intuition and forward-thinking is a plus in this role.
- Must be motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Professional self-presentation and communication skills are essential.
- Extraordinary attention to detail is required.
