Our Technical Sales Training Program is designed to develop future leaders through intensive technical, business, sales engineering, and leadership training. As a participant, you'll work with our commercial, industrial, and institutional customers to sell the world's most complete line of efficient heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment and building management controls.


**Key Responsibilities:**


  • Sell HVAC equipment and building management controls to commercial, industrial, and institutional customers.
  • Work with engineers, architects, contractors, and owners/developers to design, apply, and sell systems, controls, parts, and services for customer buildings.

**What We Offer:**


  • Base Pay: $78,840
  • Lodging, a daily stipend, and relocation are provided during the 5-month training.
  • Compensation expectations after program completion are partially commission-based and industry-leading.

**Requirements:**


  • Possess a bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Sales, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, or Engineering.
  • Be a U.S. citizen or have the legal right to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Possess a valid driver's license for a minimum of 12 months and have no major or frequent traffic violations.
