VoIP Specialist

This is a full-time on-site role for a VoIP Specialist at Vast Networks. The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring, installing, and maintaining VoIP systems for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure VoIP systems to meet the specific needs of our customers.
• Diagnose and resolve VoIP-related issues, providing technical support to Customers and collaborating with IT teams as needed.
• Maintain detailed documentation of VoIP configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Provide support to Sales on VoIP solutions and attend customer meetings.

Requirements:

• Sales and Sales Management skills.
• Experience in Account Management.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Proficiency in VoIP and networking technologies.
• Knowledge of SIP and MGCP protocols is preferred.
• Current California Drivers license.
• Good computer skills.
• Must demonstrate good knowledge of programming VOIP phone systems.
