Technical Sales Training Program Specialist

As a Technical Sales Training Program Specialist, you'll join our team of experts who dare to challenge what's possible. Our 5-month training program is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge to succeed in the field of commercial HVAC sales and service.
What You'll Do:- Sell the world's most complete line of efficient heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment and building management controls to commercial, industrial, and institutional customers.
- Work with engineers, architects, contractors, and owners/developers in the design, application, and sale of systems, controls, parts, and services for our customers' buildings.
- A competitive base pay of $78,840.
- Lodging, a daily stipend, and relocation provided during the 5-month training.
- Compensation expectations after program completion are partially commission-based and industry-leading, creating an uncapped compensation opportunity.
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, management, sales, entrepreneurship, marketing, or engineering.
- A valid driver's license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations.
