Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Service Manager in managing the service department, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality services.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns, providing clear explanations of services and repairs.
- Schedule service appointments, assign work to technicians, and monitor progress to meet deadlines.
- Review completed repairs to ensure quality standards are met and address discrepancies or customer concerns.
- Train, coach, and motivate the service team to achieve performance goals and deliver excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an automotive service department, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a customer-focused approach.
- Basic understanding of automotive repair processes and diagnostic procedures.
- Ability to resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
Compensation and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance options, short-term and long-term disability insurance, 401(k) plan with company match, paid time off, and holiday leave.
