Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist III

Innova Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist III to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive business growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and content marketing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in marketing efforts.
  • Manage and maintain our content management system (CMS) to ensure seamless user experience and efficient content updates.
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing to ensure our marketing efforts remain effective and innovative.
Requirements:
  • 3-7 years of experience in digital marketing, digital content strategy, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in content management systems, such as Drupal, and experience with digital workflows and deliverables.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Integrated marketing, communications, public affairs, and/or advertising experience.
  • Knowledge of general digital online development processes.
  • Demonstrated project management experience and direct client contact.
  • Writing and presentation experience.
  • Experience in the field of health care, biomedical science, and/or fund raising.
