We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and measuring the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns across various channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Research and Analysis

Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the gaming industry.

Marketing Campaign Planning

Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote our games and increase brand awareness.

Budget Management

Manage marketing budgets and track expenses to ensure optimal ROI.

Media Planning and Buying

Plan and purchase media space across various channels, including paid media, owned media, and earned media.

Performance Metrics and Reporting

Track and analyze key performance metrics, such as conversions, installs, CPI, CAC, PU%, MAU, ARPPU, LTV, and retention, to measure campaign effectiveness.

Collaboration and Communication

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including game development, design, and web teams, to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.

Staying Up-to-Date with Industry Trends

Stay current with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve marketing strategies and tactics.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the gaming industry
  • Proven track record of success in planning and executing marketing campaigns
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Apple Search Ads, and other programmatic DSPs
  • Knowledge of performance marketing and game management metrics
  • Passion for games and the gaming industry
