This role plays a vital part in the success of Lixi Nanuet Inc by delivering exceptional customer service to every patron. The position is essential in crafting the Lixi Nanuet Experience by ensuring prompt service, high-quality beverages and products, and maintaining a welcoming and tidy store atmosphere. Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrates integrity, honesty, and knowledge that enhance the culture, values, and mission of Lixi Nanuet Inc.
  • Maintains composure during peak times or unexpected situations to uphold store standards and set a positive example for the team.
  • Proactively assesses customer and store needs by observing the environment and customer cues.
  • Communicates relevant information to management to ensure the team can create a welcoming atmosphere during each shift.
  • Supports the training of new partners by positively reinforcing successful actions and providing respectful coaching as necessary.
  • Contributes to a positive team environment by identifying changes in partner morale and performance and communicating these to management.
  • Delivers outstanding customer service by prioritizing customer needs and establishing connections with patrons. Recognizes and addresses customer requirements.
  • Adheres to operational policies and procedures, including cash handling and safety protocols, to ensure the safety of all partners during shifts.
  • Keeps a clean and organized workspace to facilitate easy access to resources and products.
  • Provides consistent quality beverages, whole bean, and food products by following established recipes and presentation standards. Complies with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
  • Recognizes and celebrates individual and team achievements using existing organizational methods.
  • Maintains regular and punctual attendance.

Qualifications

  • No prior experience is necessary.

Basic Requirements

  • Consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Availability for flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
  • Compliance with store operating policies and standards, including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and safety protocols, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Ability to engage with and understand customers, including recognizing and responding to their needs through clear and friendly communication.
  • Capable of preparing food and beverages according to standard recipes or customized requests, including adjustments to temperature, ingredient quantities, or substitutions.
  • Willingness to perform various tasks within the store during each shift.

  • Capability to understand and execute oral and written instructions, seeking clarification when necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $19.00 per hour
