Job Summary and Mission

Lixi Nanuet Inc is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Starbucks Barista. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing high-quality beverages and food products, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legendary customer service by acting with a customer comes first attitude and connecting with customers to understand their needs.
• Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food products to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized work space to ensure partners can locate resources and products as needed.
• Assist with new partner training by positively reinforcing successful performance and providing respectful and encouraging coaching as needed.
• Contribute to a positive team environment by recognizing alarms or changes in partner morale and performance and communicating them to the store manager.

Requirements

• No previous experience required.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Meet store operating policies and standards, including cash handling and store safety and security.
