Senior Manager Product Management Job Description

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager Product Management to provide technical design, configuration, and execution support for global sales technology. This role will manage technical specifications, design, and implementation of technology throughout its lifecycle, including Veeva, associated modules, and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and identify areas of advancements and support by creating technical proof of concepts and solution conceptualization for commercial stakeholders.
  • Leverage people, process, and technology to help senior leadership establish a CRM strategy that aligns with the business strategy, engaging stakeholders, and supporting a World Class and robust CRM system.
  • Manage transition and knowledge transfer to post-production support.
  • Provide leadership and support to the service provider, where necessary, to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Participate in requirement gathering efforts to provide feedback on technical feasibility and viability, in addition to best practices for Veeva.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set CRM release roadmap.
  • Ensure the quality and on-time delivery of technical implementation projects/programs with supporting deliverables and artifacts.
Requirements:
  • Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or related field and 8 years of delivering IT technology platforms experience.
  • Must have experience with data architecture, configuration, designing workflows, and audit requirements to determine suitability of the CRM software.
  • Must have experience with field deployment activities, such as designing and configuring realignments, and Veeva Align tool.
  • Must have experience with building technology with Veeva (CRM, Align, CLM, Events Management, Suggestions) and Salesforce.com applications.
  • Must have experience partnering and collaborating with Pharmaceutical Field Sales and Commercial Operations functions.
  • Must have experience working with global sales teams with a history of successful sampling and product launches.
  • Must have experience with integration architecture and patterns, including integration via APIs and services.
  • Must have experience translating and presenting technical concepts into practical business terms for leaders in both small and large group settings.
  • Must have experience managing all elements of the product development lifecycle.
  • Must have experience with pharmaceutical commercial reporting and data integration capabilities using modern technologies.
  • Must have two or more Salesforce Certifications, including Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and Salesforce Certified Data Architect.
