Key Responsibilities
  • Represent clients in all stages of the litigation process, including filing lawsuits, conducting discovery, and managing depositions.
  • Oversee case management from initial sign-up to optimal resolution, whether through trial or settlement.
  • Handle a substantial caseload while mentoring junior attorneys and litigation paralegals.
  • Supervise litigation paralegals within the team structure.
  • Collaborate with overseas team members to ensure effective case handling.
  • Maintain accurate records of hours worked on each project.
Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree from an accredited institution.
  • Active membership in The State Bar of Georgia; additional bar memberships are a plus.
  • A minimum of five personal injury jury trials as either 1st or 2nd chair, along with experience in bench trials and alternative dispute resolution.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; a writing sample is required.
  • Strong research, drafting, and negotiation skills are essential.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Proficient in managing high-pressure situations and meeting tight deadlines.
  • A dedicated approach to advocating for clients and achieving favorable outcomes.
Compensation and Benefits
