Job Title: Entry-Level Civil Litigation Attorney - WILL TRAIN

Location: Fairbury, IL

About Us: Join our dynamic general civil practice as a General Civil Litigation Attorney. We are a prominent player in the local legal industry, specializing in all types of civil and business litigation matters, ranging from agriculture disputes to labor and employment litigation. As we expand our team, we seek a motivated attorney to contribute to our success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle complex general and civil and business litigation cases.
  • Support more senior attorneys and partners in all aspects of civil litigation.
  • Manage cases involving real estate, wills and probate, family law, criminal law and business law.
  • Strong focus in agriculture and farming legal issues.

Qualifications:

  • Active license to practice law in Illinois.
  • 0-3 years of experience in general civil and business litigation.
  • Any type of background in agriculture is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and legal research skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.

Additional Information:

  • Some work/court appearances will be hybrid/remote.
  • WILL TRAIN No prior experience is necessary.
