As a Trial Attorney, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of civil litigation cases, including insurance defense. You will be responsible for developing and implementing trial strategies, conducting depositions, and trying cases in court.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement trial strategies for civil litigation cases
  • Conduct depositions and try cases in court
  • Work collaboratively with other attorneys and staff to achieve case goals
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in civil procedure and evidence law
Qualifications
  • Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school
  • Active license to practice law in Georgia and membership in good standing with the state bar
  • 2-10 years of civil trial litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense
  • Exceptional knowledge of civil procedure, evidence, and trial strategy
  • Strong written and oral advocacy skills
