Business Development Representative

BRANDON HERNDON is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our team as a Community Salesperson. As a leader in our industry for 73 years, we are committed to excellence and innovation. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn our process, develop relationships, and lead a small team to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service existing client base with exceptional customer service skills.
- Research new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and lead generation.
- Supervise team activity and results, providing guidance and support to ensure success.
- Train and develop incoming team members on our systems and processes.
- Utilize Salesforce-based CRM to track daily field activity and provide regular reporting.
- Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development to drive team growth and performance.
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively.
- Ability to function well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Passion for helping people and developing relationships.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Sales or customer service experience with a proven track record of success.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset with a desire to contribute to the community.
- Knowledge of CRMs, preferably Salesforce.
Licensing Requirements:
- Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
- Must have a clean background and own transportation.
- 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
