Experienced Insurance Sales Consultant

We are seeking a dedicated Insurance Sales Professional to enhance our local agency's growth and community engagement. This role involves leveraging your insurance expertise and sales acumen to foster lasting relationships with clients, ensuring they understand the importance of insurance coverage.
Key Responsibilities- Meet and exceed sales targets by acquiring new clients and upselling to existing ones.
- Identify potential sales leads from various sources and qualify them effectively.
- Assist clients in safeguarding their assets by recommending suitable Allstate products.
- Support the community by providing guidance on preparing for unexpected events.
- Educate clients on strategies to protect their families and property.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Minimum of 2 years of successful experience in insurance sales.
- Current Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
- Self-motivated and confident individual with the ability to work independently.
- Strong multitasking abilities and excellent follow-up skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
