Key Responsibilities:
- Assess customer vehicle needs through strategic questioning and active listening.
- Demonstrate vehicles, including facilitating test drives.
- Effectively introduce new clients to the Service department and personnel.
- Guide customers through the vehicle handover process, ensuring they understand the vehicle's features, warranty, and maintenance schedule to foster loyalty.
- Implement a follow-up system to enhance repeat and referral business while improving customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about new products, features, and accessories, along with their benefits to clients.
- Engage in discussions regarding monthly objectives, weekly tasks, and daily activities with the Sales Manager.
- Maintain familiarity with automotive industry terminology, technological advancements, and communicate effectively with customers.
- Report any damage or issues with vehicles on the lot to the Sales Manager promptly.
- Possess knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations related to retail automotive sales.
- Complete all necessary training as directed by the supervisor.
- Follow policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
