  • Assess customer vehicle needs through strategic questioning and active listening.
  • Demonstrate vehicles, including facilitating test drives.
  • Introduce new clients to the Service department and staff in a professional manner.
  • Guide customers through the vehicle handover process, ensuring they understand the vehicle's features, warranty details, and maintenance schedule to foster customer loyalty.
  • Implement a follow-up system to enhance repeat business and referrals, thereby improving customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about new products, features, and accessories, and articulate their benefits to customers.
  • Engage in discussions regarding monthly objectives, weekly tasks, and daily activities with the Sales Manager.
  • Maintain familiarity with automotive industry terminology, keeping up with technological advancements in products to communicate effectively with customers.
  • Report any damages or issues concerning the vehicle lot to the Sales Manager without delay.
  • Possess knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations related to retail automotive sales.
  • Complete all necessary training as directed by the supervisor.
  • Follow policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent
