Key Responsibilities:
  • Install household appliances and equipment
  • Diagnose and repair appliances and equipment accurately within the client's residence
  • Provide detailed cost estimates for repairs and installations, and process payments for services rendered
  • Utilize materials efficiently and maintain the company vehicle and tools in good working order
  • Complete necessary documentation including invoices, daily route sheets, and weekly reports
  • Assist with other tasks as required, which may involve cross-training in related roles
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • Ability to navigate tablet-based technology proficiently
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly, and up to 100 pounds occasionally without assistance, along with the stamina to perform demanding tasks in various conditions
  • Flexible working hours with no weekend shifts
Physical Requirements:

While executing the responsibilities of this role, the employee may need to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and communicate effectively. The ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds occasionally is required.

Compensation is based on commission and is contingent upon performance and experience.
