Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Affordable Housing Assistant Community Director to assist the Community Director in managing the day-to-day operations of our affordable housing properties. The successful candidate will have a strong background in affordable housing programs, including LIHTC, HUD programs, and USDA-Rural Development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Community Director in supervising on-site staff, including Resident Services Coordinators, Compliance Specialists, and Maintenance Technicians.
  • Manage lease expirations, timely turnover, and rent collections to maximize revenue potential.
  • Process vendor invoices, manage accounting, and maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure compliance with FPI Standard Operating Procedures and risk management protocols.
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents, vendors, and clients.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar supervisory role in residential property management.
  • High School diploma or equivalency certificate required; college degree in a relatable field preferred.
  • Valid Driver's License, good driving record, and current motor vehicle insurance.
  • Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office, Google Apps, and property management software.
