Director of Brand Communications Lead

At 24 Seven Talent, we are seeking a highly skilled Director of Brand Communications Lead to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to lead a team of brand and social marketing professionals responsible for creating category-defining brand experiences and compelling content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive brand communications strategy to grow brand awareness and relevance.

• Drive qualified traffic and engagement through organic marketing initiatives across owned digital channels, including social, web, newsletters, and events.

• Develop and manage Paid Media campaign strategy and media plans from concept to execution, including creative development and asset management.

• Lead PR strategy, media outreach, and event planning to elevate the brand and the marketing function through key opinion leaders, influencers, and beauty editors.

• Develop and manage influencer and partnership programs to engage our audience through relevant co-branded acts and co-marketing programs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications; or related field; master's degree preferred.

• 7-10 years of experience in brand marketing, content marketing, marketing communications, and/or brand management, with 5 years of experience in CPG, Beauty, and Personal Care preferred.

• 3-5 years of leadership managing high-performing brand, content, marketing, or creative teams.

• Advanced knowledge and understanding of social media tools and branding approaches and strategies.
