About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Brand Designer to join our team at Zillow. As a key member of our talent acquisition team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive visual brand strategy that showcases our company culture and values.

As a Talent Brand Designer, you will work closely with our marketing and communications teams to develop a range of creative assets, including campaigns, digital and print collateral, and social media templates. Your goal will be to effectively communicate our brand story and identity across various touchpoints, ensuring a consistent and compelling experience for our candidates.

This is a fast-paced, high-volume role that requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. You will be responsible for managing the entire content creation process, from concept to delivery, and ensuring that all assets are up-to-date and easily accessible for our team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive visual brand strategy that showcases our company culture and values.
  • Collaborate with our marketing and communications teams to develop a range of creative assets, including campaigns, digital and print collateral, and social media templates.
  • Manage the entire content creation process, from concept to delivery, ensuring that all assets are up-to-date and easily accessible for our team members.
  • Work closely with our talent teams to ensure that our creative deliverables reflect hiring goals, audience insights, and marketing objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in visual brand strategy and creative asset development.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in visual brand strategy and creative asset development.
  • Strong portfolio that showcases your ability to develop and implement comprehensive visual brand strategies.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure that all assets are up-to-date and easily accessible for our team members.
  • Ability to work closely with our marketing and communications teams to develop a range of creative assets.
