We are seeking a highly skilled Epic Senior Analyst to join our team in Resolute Professional Billing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading the implementation, build, and modification of the application, as well as collaborating with stakeholders, end-users, and application team members to optimize the application's configuration, function, and access.
Key Responsibilities- Initiate the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of the application.
- Collaborate with trainers on application changes and new features to develop documentation and training strategies.
- Work with stakeholders, the business community, and end-users to ensure the application meets UHealth's business/clinical needs.
- Participate in on-call rotations and support and attend and participate in, applicable committees.
- Maintain regular communication with team members, including participating in weekly project team meetings.
- Review the status of projects and issues on an ongoing basis with leadership.
- Remain knowledgeable about UHealth's policies, procedures, and business operations.
- Adhere to University and unit-level policies and procedures and safeguard University assets.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Epic certificate in Resolute Professional Billing Administration including Single Billing Office is required and Resolute Professional Billing Claims and Remittance Administration, or Resolute Hospital Professional Billing Expected Reimbursement Contracts Administration is also required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience preferably in hospital revenue cycle management.
- 3-5 years of Epic build experience.
- Previous operational, project management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work evenings, nights, and weekends as necessary.
- Proficiency in computer software (i.e. Microsoft Office).
- Ability to recognize, analyze, and solve a variety of problems.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form.
- Ability to lead, motivate, develop and train others.
