Job Summary:

The University of Miami is seeking a highly skilled Epic Senior Analyst to join our team in Resolute Professional Billing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading the implementation, build, and modification of the application, as well as collaborating with stakeholders, end-users, and application team members to optimize the application's configuration, function, and access.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and lead the implementation, build, and modification of the application
Collaborate with stakeholders, end-users, and application team members to optimize the application's configuration, function, and access
Support junior staff members in day-to-day operations and resolving application issues
Serve as a primary support contact for application end-users
Initiate the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of the application
Perform the analysis of information technology in clinical work processes and validate the impacts to the workflow
Identify and guide the work to resolve issues

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Epic certificate in Resolute Professional Billing Administration, including Single Billing Office, and Resolute Professional Billing Claims and Remittance Administration, or Resolute Hospital Professional Billing Expected Reimbursement Contracts Administration
Minimum 3 years of experience in hospital revenue cycle management
3-5 years of Epic build experience
Previous operational, project management, and organizational skills
Ability to work evenings, nights, and weekends as necessary
Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office
Ability to recognize, analyze, and solve a variety of problems
Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form
Ability to lead, motivate, develop, and train others
