Key Responsibilities:
Initiate the design, development, and implementation of the Epic MyChart application
Collaborate with key stakeholders, end-users, and application team members to optimize the application's configuration, function, and access
Support junior staff members in day-to-day operations and resolving application issues
Serve as a primary support contact for application end-users
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Certification in Epic MyChart, Care Everywhere, and EpicCare Link
Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare or a healthcare-related organization
Ability to work evenings, nights, and weekends as necessary
Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office
