Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Epic Senior Analyst to join our team in Resolute Professional Billing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading the implementation, build, and modification of the application, as well as collaborating with stakeholders, end-users, and application team members to optimize the application's configuration, function, and access.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead the Associate Epic Analysts and Epic Analysts on the team
• Initiate the implementation, build, and modification of the application
• Collaborate with key stakeholders, end-users, and application team members to optimize the application's configuration, function, and access
• Support junior staff members in day-to-day operations and resolving application issues
• Serve as a primary support contact for application end-users
• Initiate all phases of testing and the documentation of workflow design
• Perform the analysis of information technology in clinical work processes and validate the impacts to the workflow
• Initiate the identification of issues and guide the work to resolve them

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Epic certificate in Resolute Professional Billing Administration, including Single Billing Office, Resolute Professional Billing Claims and Remittance Administration, or Resolute Hospital Professional Billing Expected Reimbursement Contracts Administration
• Minimum 3 years of experience in hospital revenue cycle management
• 3-5 years of Epic build experience
• Previous operational, project management, and organizational skills
• Ability to work evenings, nights, and weekends as necessary
• Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office
• Ability to recognize, analyze, and solve a variety of problems
• Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form
• Ability to lead, motivate, develop, and train others
