Epic Senior Analyst

The University of Miami UHealth/SoLé Mia is seeking a highly skilled Epic Senior Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Resolute Hospital Billing team, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading the implementation, build, and modification of the Epic application. You will collaborate with key stakeholders, end-users, and application team members to optimize the application's configuration, function, and access. The incumbent will support junior staff members in day-to-day operations and resolving application issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Initiates the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of the application.
Initiates all phases of testing and the documentation of workflow design.
Performs the analysis of information technology in clinical work processes and validates the impacts to the workflow.
Initiates the identification of issues and guides the work to resolve them.
Supports junior staff members in the evaluation and resolution of service tickets, identification and implementation of application changes, retrieval of requested data, and execution of day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Epic certificate in Resolute Hospital Billing Administration including Single Billing Office is required and Resolute Hospital Billing Claims and Remittance Administration, or Resolute Hospital Billing Charging, or Resolute Hospital Billing Expected Reimbursement Contracts Administration is also required.
Minimum 3 years of experience preferably in hospital revenue cycle management.
3-5 years of Epic build experience.
Previous operational, project management, and organizational skills.
Ability to work evenings, nights, and weekends as necessary.
Proficiency in computer software (i.e. Microsoft Office).
Ability to recognize, analyze, and solve a variety of problems.
Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form.
Ability to lead, motivate, develop and train others.
